Master Trust Ltd consolidated sales down 17.06% on year in Q2FY2026, net profit slipped by 3.91% As on : 04-Aug-26  21:37

Master Trust Ltd share price softened by 1.32% to Rs 83.95 after the company's net profit eased 3.91% to Rs 34.65 crore, while revenue from operations reduced 17.06% to Rs 149.79 crore in Q2FY26 over Q1FY26. The market capitalization of Stockbroking & Allied industry group stocks on BSE stood at Rs 3.21 lakh crore, gaining 9.21%. It has eased by 1.23% over last one week and softened by 1.93% in last one month while the market capitalization of Master Trust Ltd has improved by 2.23% and 1.50% in the same period respectively. Profit before tax (PBT) of Master Trust Ltd stood at Rs 46.24 crore in Q2 FY26, jumping 28.91% year-on-year, and declining 5.11% quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA came in at Rs 47 crore, surging by 27.68% YoY and slipping 4.95% sequentially. Total expenses saw a steep drop of 21.48% to Rs 103.55 crore in Q2FY26 over Q2FY25. During the quarter, employee benefits expense was at Rs 29.6 crore, tumbling by 38.10% YoY. For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations rose 16.66% to Rs 583.94 crore, while net profit jumped 21.43% to Rs 131.24 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA jumped by 14657% to Rs 182.46 crore, and PBT witnessed a strong rise of 24.26% to Rs 178.72 crore compared to previous TTM. Master Trust Ltd nosedived by 44.71% in last one year, underperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has softened by 2.94% during the same period.
